Terms and conditions

 

Red Kite Pilates classes run in blocks following Hampshire school term dates. Each block must be paid for in full in advance in order to secure your place. 

 

Classes are not transferable to other times and dates. However, we will always try to accommodate a 'catch up' or 'swap' in to another class where space allows. To qualify for this more than 24 hours notice of non attendance must be given and the 'catch up' or 'swap' must be taken within the same block. 

 

Where sickness prevents Emma from teaching you will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered an alternative class, a refund or reduction in your next block booking.
